Getting Started

1) What does a fulfilment centre do?

We store your products, process your orders, pick and pack items, and ship them to your customers.
Think of us as your operational backend so you can focus on growth, product and marketing.

2) Do you have minimum order volumes or long-term contracts?

No — we’re designed for small and scaling brands. We have no minimum order requirements and
no long-term contracts. You only pay for what you use.

3) How fast can we start?

Most brands are fully onboarded within 24–48 hours once we receive your stock and connect your store.

4) Which ecommerce platforms do you support?

Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon (FBM & FBA workflows), eBay, Etsy and TikTok Shop and many more.

5) Can we tour the warehouse?

Absolutely — we welcome visits by appointment. Book a tour.

Pricing & Billing

6) How does your pricing work?

Pricing is transparent and pay‑as‑you‑go. Core components:

  • Pick & pack — per order + per additional item
  • Storage — pallet, shelf or pick‑bin (weekly)
  • Inbound receiving — pallet/carton/unit‑based
  • Options — kitting, custom packaging, returns, FBA prep
  • Shipping labels — courier pass‑through (no mark‑ups)

7) Are there setup fees?

No — onboarding and store connection are free for new clients. Complex integrations are quoted if required.

8) How do you bill?

Monthly invoice covering all activity in the prior period. Bank transfer preferred; other options available on request.

Operations & Technology (Mintsoft)

9) Which Warehouse Management System (WMS) do you use?

We run on Mintsoft, a modern, cloud‑based WMS trusted by UK 3PLs.
It powers real‑time inventory, order syncing across channels, SLA monitoring and tracking back to your store.

10) What visibility will we have?

Live stock levels, inbound status, order states, tracking references and downloadable reports.
You’ll know exactly what’s in stock, what’s shipping today and where parcels are in flight.

11) Can you work with our branded packaging?

Yes. Supply your own custom materials (boxes, tissue, tape, stickers) or use our standard packaging.
We also support eco‑friendly packaging options.

12) Do you offer same‑day processing?

Yes — orders received before your agreed daily cut‑off are picked, packed and dispatched the same day.

Shipping & Delivery

13) Which couriers do you use?

We work with multiple UK and international carriers to balance speed, reliability and cost.
Services include tracked 24/48, economy, next‑day and international options.

14) Do you add mark‑ups to shipping labels?

No — we pass through our courier rates with no mark‑ups.

15) Do customers receive tracking automatically?

Yes — tracking pushes back to your store and notifies your customers automatically for supported services.

16) How do you handle international duties/taxes?

We follow the selected service (DDU/DDP availability varies by carrier and destination).
For advanced cross‑border or compliance needs, we can connect you with specialist partners.

Subscription Box Fulfilment

17) Can you assemble subscription boxes?

Yes — we specialise in hand‑assembled multi‑item kits, PR sets and curated boxes with QC at every stage.

18) Do you handle inserts and personalisation?

Absolutely — printed or handwritten notes, promotional cards, flyers and variable item combinations.

19) How do monthly drops work?

We reserve capacity for your brand each cycle and ship within your requested window to meet campaign timelines.

Returns

20) Do you manage returns?

Yes — we provide check‑in, inspection/grading, rebag/relabel, restock, quarantine and disposal workflows as required.

21) Can we define rules for returns?

Yes — we can apply SKU‑level rules (e.g., hygiene products, cosmetics, food contact) and brand‑specific policies.

Amazon (FBA, FBM & SFP)

22) Do you offer Amazon FBA prep?

Yes — FNSKU labelling, poly‑bagging, bubble‑wrap, multipacks/bundles, carton relabel and pallet forwarding to Amazon FCs.

23) Can you fulfil Amazon FBM orders?

Yes — we ship FBM orders with same‑day dispatch (cut‑off applies) and full tracking.

24) Do you support Amazon SFP (Seller Fulfilled Prime)?

We can support Amazon SFP workflows (subject to your account’s SFP eligibility and Amazon’s current SFP programme criteria).
We work with you on SLAs, cut‑offs and carrier compliance so you can maintain the Prime promise from our facility.

25) Can you handle hazmat or restricted goods?

It depends on the category and carrier. Share your MSDS/technical sheets and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Storage & Warehouse

26) How is storage billed?

Weekly, by location type: pallet, shelf or pick‑bin. This keeps costs predictable and fair for fast‑moving brands.

27) Do you offer climate control?

We provide standard warehousing. If you require temperature‑controlled or specialist storage, let’s discuss the exact requirements.

28) How is inventory accuracy maintained?

Cycle counting, scan‑based moves and Mintsoft‑driven controls (FIFO/FEFO options) help ensure accurate stock at all times.

Policies & Terms

29) What are your service levels?

We agree SLAs during onboarding (cut‑off times, dispatch days, carrier services, returns handling).
We then monitor performance via Mintsoft dashboards and regular reviews.

30) Can we cancel any time?

Yes — with no long‑term contracts, you can cancel with notice per our terms. We’ll help plan a smooth transition if needed.
